Delivery Terms + Conditions

1. All orders placed for must be received two (2) days in advance as long as the order is placed by 4pm. For example, orders placed on Monday by 4pm may be delivered on Wednesday if requested. If an order is placed for delivery outside the ordering deadline, the system will display updated delivery date/time options automatically.

2. We will deliver to the address you indicate at checkout within the date and time window requested. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions such as gate codes. You are responsible for ensuring that any delivery point given for a work address is acceptable to your employer for personal deliveries.

3. You will receive an automated text message with a tracking link so you may view your order ETA in real time. You will receive an additional text message when your order has arrived. In the event you need to contact the driver (or vice versa), you will be able to do so from the tracking page.

3. Once the delivery has been made, Vive Juicery cannot be held responsible if items are left to spoil so we highly recommend receiving your juice in person. Please note Vive Juicery will not be held responsible for juices left out to spoil. Raw juice is highly perishable and must remain cold at all times.

4. In the event that your delivery is stolen or otherwise damaged while left unattended, Vive Juicery does not accept liability and reimbursement will be at our discretion only.

5. If we are unable to deliver your order to the address provided for any reason, we will contact you via the phone number (or email address if no number is given) on file before rescheduling the delivery. If we are unable to contact you or make other arrangements, please note that a $10 rescheduling fee will be applied.

6. If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control (for example: supplier failure, adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdown or traffic congestion) we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes and will reschedule the delivery. In the event of order cancellation at the customer's request, refunds will be given at our discretion only.
