Delivery Terms + Conditions

  1. Vive Juicery will deliver to the address you indicate at checkout within the date and time window requested.
  2. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive your delivery and providing appropriate instructions such as gate codes.
  3. You are responsible for ensuring that personal deliveries to a work address are acceptable to your place of work.
  4. Due to various delivery times including early mornings, Vive Juicery delivery drivers are instructed to leave your order by your front door and will not knock/ring the doorbell unless otherwise specified. 
  5. Once the delivery has been made, Vive Juicery will not be held responsible for juices left out to spoil. Raw juice is highly perishable and must remain cold at all times.
  6. In the event that your delivery is stolen or otherwise damaged while left unattended, Vive Juicery does not accept liability and reimbursement will be at our discretion only.
  7. If we are unable to deliver your order to the address provided for any reason, we will call the phone number on file before rescheduling the delivery. If we are unable to reach you, please note that a $10 rescheduling fee will be applied.
