1. All group cleanse orders must be placed via phone or email - discounts will not be given for online orders. Discounted rates only apply to cleanse duration of 3+ days when 2 or more people order together.
2. No refunds will be given for promotional rate cleanses. In the event that one or more of the group cleanses must be cancelled, only store credit will be given.
3. Cleanse start dates will be scheduled based on availability and client-choice. In most cases, we are able to accommodate a start date any day of the week. In the event that the client would like the cleanses delivered, they all must be delivered to the same address.
4. Due to the sheer volume of product that will be delivered, Vive Juicery requires that someone be physically present to accept the delivery and have adequate refrigeration space. We are able to deliver to homes, apartments, office buildings, even gyms!
5. If we are unable to deliver your order to the address provided for any reason, we will contact you via the phone number (or email address if no number is given) on file before rescheduling the delivery. If we are unable to contact you or make other arrangements, please note that a minimum $10 rescheduling fee will be applied.
6. If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control (for example: supplier failure, adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, or traffic congestion) we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes and will reschedule the delivery if necessary.
