Vive Return & Refund Policy
At Vive your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with any products you received from us please reach out to us immediately and we will work you on a case by case basis.
- Refunds issued in 3-5 business days: Once your refund/return has been approved you will see it on your account with in 3-5 business days. If it has been longer than 5 business days and you still don't see it, please contact us.
- Include date and time of your purchase if you can't find your receipt: if you don't have your receipt handy, simply include the date and time of your purchase when you contact us and we will see if we can find it for you!
- No refunds on Gift Cards: we use Shopify as our payment processor and due to their security constraints, gift cards can not be cancelled or refunded after they have been issued.
Perishable Products Policy
- We can not accept returns on juice: Because of the perishable nature of our juice/smoothie products, we are not allowed to accept returns but depending on circumstances we may offer a partial or full refund/store credit. You must contact us with-in 24 hours of receiving your product and let us know the issue you are experiencing.
- Order Cancellation: Orders must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. If you have an order scheduled for Friday, you must call us by Thursday. This helps us to minimize waste.
- Spoilage: Refunds will not be giving for juice that spoils because it was left out for too long. You are responsible for proper refrigeration and for being available during the delivery date and time that you selected. If you can't be home when your delivery is scheduled, please leave out a cooler and our driver will place your order in the cooler.
- Unsatisfied with product taste or quality: if you ever have a product at Vive that you plain just didn't like, please reach out to us at email@example.com, and let us know! We would be happy to give you an in-store credit to try something else!
Non-Perishable Products Policy
- 30 Day returns on non-perishable goods: For all non-perishable and packaged products we are happy to offer a 30 day return policy on all products returned in good condition, unopened and in the original packaging.
