WHAT'S A JUICE CLEANSE?

A juice cleanse is simply a liquid fast in which you abstain from solid foods for a duration of your choosing. You replace your regular food with fresh, cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juice. This gives your digestive system, liver, kidneys and gall bladder a break from processing toxins, fats and other components of your diet that take a lot of work to sort out, giving you simply good, clean energy to work with. After a juice cleanse, most people feel energized, balanced and clear-headed. You may notice you sleep better, crave better foods and have a healthy glow added to your complexion. A three- or five-day cleanse is optimal, but even a one-day cleanse gives your body welcomed benefits.

WHY SHOULD I CLEANSE?

We spend an enormous amount of energy on the 24-hour process of digesting - on average, it takes approximately 18 hours to digest just one meal.”

As we live, eat, and even breathe, we accumulate toxins in the body. Juice cleansing is a great way to release those toxins by giving our bodies the break they deserve while also keeping ourselves energized and nutritionally full. We spend an enormous amount of energy on the 24-hour process of digesting - on average, it takes approximately 18 hours to digest one meal. Taking a break from solid foods allows our body time to rest and rejuvenate. Although cleanses are popular after stressful times, post-holiday season or when we start to feel a bit sluggish, we believe that any time is a great time to cleanse. Your body will thank you - whether you cleanse one day a week, once each month, seasonally or annually.
